Pyramid Pines Estates was founded in the mid 1970's and is considered one of Saratoga Spring's finest mobile home parks. Pyramid Pines Estates offers one of the lowest lot rents in Saratoga County.  Monthly lot rent is $540 for single wide homes, and $565 for double wide homes. This includes water, sewage, garbage service and property taxes.
